Pacific Spice Vinegar starts with hand picked organic kiwi, special chilis and a bit of ginger. This has a nice citrus flavor up front with some of the chili pepper heat on the back end. Great on Asian noodles, as a marinade for chicken or pork, wonderful on ceviche and raw fish, and as a dressing on any salad. Drizzle over grilled fish, meats, vegetables and fruit.
